Objectives
- Prevent corruption in the Dehiattakandiya Division and cultivate a culture of integrity.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in all activities of the institution and ensure public access to information regarding institutional practices and decisions.
- Promote ethical governance within the institution.
- Develop a secure and accessible system to encourage reporting misconduct, protect whistleblowers and maintain confidentiality.
- Support legal enforcement though collaboration with law enforcement agencies and the Commission to investigate Allegations of Bribery Corruption. (CIABOC)

Program to empower the Samurdhi beneficiaries in 2018
There are 03 samurdhi banking societies in Dehiaththakandiya divisional secretariat. There are about 2312 families who receive samurdhi benefits here. 181 will be empowered.
Accordingly, the allocated allocation for the Dehiattakandiya Divisional Secretariat is Rs. 1,320,147.00 million. The total allocation for the Agri program is Rs. 143,190 / - for industrial development Rs. 493,065 / - for animal husbandry Rs. 158,092 / - for an entrepreneurial development program of Rs. 196,000 / - for entrepreneurship development program. 147,000 / - has been allocated.
According to the social environment and the economic environment, the following projects are planned to be implemented according to the Industrial Development and Marketing Development Program.
It has been proposed to implement agriculture development projects for 10 families, animal husbandry projects for 04 beneficiaries, 09 industrial projects and beneficiaries for 16 beneficiaries.
It is planned to select one in the age range 18 to 35 and one in each Grama Niladari division to conduct new entrepreneurship training programs.
